Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within a 50-mile radius of our sales lot. All buildings over 12 feet wide require a special hauling permit. Permit fees will be added to the price of the building at the time of sale.

Site Preparation Requirements

The location where the building will be placed should:

    •    Drain well

    •    Be fairly level

    •    Be free of stumps, rocks, and debris

We recommend (but do not require) installing a 3–5 inch bed of gravel if the area is not level or does not drain properly. A gravel base helps prevent settling, keeps the building plumb, and can extend the life of the foundation.

If you would like us to provide and install the gravel base, please discuss this option with your sales representative at the time of purchase.

Delivery Access & Leveling

Please ensure we have adequate access and clearance to transport the building to its final location. Prior to delivery, discuss with your sales representative the number of blocks required for leveling, if any.

We will level the building upon delivery. After delivery, the customer is responsible for maintaining the building in a level condition.
