Full Warranty Terms

All buildings built and sold by Custom Built Barns come with a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

Limited Warranty Terms

Beyond the full 5-year warranty period, all materials used in the construction of the building will be warranted by their respective manufacturers. These warranties may or may not include labor.

Conditions and Limitations

    •    This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. A receipt or dated proof of purchase is required before warranty services can be rendered.

    •    The building must be properly maintained, including but not limited to repainting or restaining as needed, placement on a level foundation with adequate drainage, and keeping the base clear of leaves, grass, and debris.

    •    Moving the building from its original location or making any alterations to the building will void this warranty.

    •    Custom Built Barns reserves the right to discontinue or change materials or components at any time. If a material or component has been discontinued or is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality or compatibility.

Excluded From Warranty

    •    Color changes due to or arising from normal weathering

    •    Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or commercial use

    •    Damage resulting from building or foundation shifting or settling

    •    Natural disasters, including fire, flooding, wind damage, or other causes beyond our control

Liability Disclaimer

Custom Built Barns will not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property stored in buildings. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.

There are no express warranties except as listed above, and all express warranties are limited to the warranty period set forth herein.

If a building is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Custom Built Barns will repair or replace the defect at our discretion and at no charge. All repairs will be made within a reasonable time and weather permitting.
